At Al Maaz, we care about your hair and your trust. That’s why we’ve created a simple and transparent return policy for our Advanced Hair Fall Oil.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our hair fall oil (personal care product):

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The seal must be intact
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

How to Start a Return

Once your request is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions

⚠️ Important: Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Wrong Product

Please check your order upon delivery. If:

  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong product

Contact us immediately with pictures/videos, and we’ll resolve it quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used hair fall oil bottles

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different product, simply:

  1. Return the eligible item
  2. Place a new order

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved → refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refund will be sent to your original payment method
